CONSTRUCTION WORKERS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 4

Exemptions from prohibitions under section 3

(1) A person who is a registered construction worker may personally carry out
on a construction site construction work that involves any work described in
column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 opposite a designated trade set out in that
Part if, in relation to the work so described, the person is under the
instruction and supervision of a registered skilled worker for the trade.

(2) A person who is a registered construction worker may personally carry out
on a construction site construction work that involves any work described in
column 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 opposite a designated trade set out in that
Part if, in relation to the work so described, the person is under the
instruction and supervision of a registered skilled worker, or a
registered semi-skilled worker, for the trade.

(3) A person who is a registered construction worker may personally carry out
on a construction site construction work that involves any work described in
column 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 opposite a designated trade set out in that
Part if, in relation to the work so described, the person is under the
instruction and supervision of a registered semi-skilled  worker for the
trade.
