Appointment of Registrar

PART 6

REGISTRATION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

(1) The Authority shall, subject to the approval of the Secretary, appoint a
person to be the Registrar of Construction Workers on such terms as the
Authority thinks fit.

(2) An appointment under subsection (1) shall be notified in the Gazette.
