CONSTRUCTION WORKERS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 35

Authentication, and production in evidence of documents

(1) A notice or document given or issued by the Authority for the purposes of
this Part may be signed by a levy inspector.

(2) A document purporting to be a notice or document given or issued by the
Authority for the purposes of this Part and purporting to be signed by a
levy inspector shall be received in evidence and shall until the contrary is
proved be deemed to be such a notice or document.
