Short title and commencement

(12) of that Resolution. PART 1

PRELIMINARY

(1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Construction Workers 
Registration Ordinance.

(2) This Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the
Secretary for Development by notice published in the Gazette. (Amended L.N.
130 of 2007)
