DEPOSIT PROTECTION SCHEME ORDINANCE - SECT 50
Defences
In any proceedings for an offence under section 13(11), 15(6), 46(7) or 48(6)
or (7), it is a defence for the person charged to prove that he took
reasonable precautions and exercised due diligence to avoid the commission of
the offence by himself or any person under his control.
