DEPOSIT PROTECTION SCHEME ORDINANCE - SECT 34
Compensation in Hong Kong dollars
Compensation payable in accordance with this Ordinance shall be paid in Hong
Kong dollars regardless of the currency in which the protected deposit
concerned is denominated.
