Future adjustments

PART 5

GENERAL PROVISIONS

(1) The adjustments made by this Ordinance to the pay and the amounts of any
allowances payable to public officers do not prohibit any adjustment being
made to the pay or the amounts of the allowances after 1 January 2005.

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, this Ordinance does not authorize any
adjustment to the pay or the amount of an allowance payable to a public
officer other than the adjustments made by sections 4 to 13. <*
