PUBLIC OFFICERS PAY ADJUSTMENTS (2004/2005) ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Adjustment of reference ICAC pay scale

The reference ICAC pay scale as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 4 is adjusted—

   (a)  on 1 January 2004, by replacing the monthly rates of pay pertaining to
        each point on that scale as set out in column 2 of the scale with the
        rates of pay pertaining to those points as set out in column 3 of the
        scale; and

   (b)  on 1 January 2005, by replacing the monthly rates of pay pertaining to
        each point on that scale as set out in column 2 of the scale

(as adjusted by paragraph (a)) with the rates of pay pertaining to those
points as set out in column 4 of the scale.
