PREVENTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY ORDINANCE - LONG TITLE

Long title

An Ordinance to prohibit the production, possession and publication of
child pornography; to amend the Crimes Ordinance to prohibit the use,
procurement or offer of persons under the age of 18 for making pornography or
for live pornographic performances, to extend the application of certain
sexual offence provisions of that Ordinance to acts committed against children
outside Hong Kong, and to prohibit the making of arrangements relating to the
commission of those acts and the advertisement of such arrangements; and to
make provision for connected purposes.
