CHEMICAL WEAPONS (CONVENTION) ORDINANCE - SECT 34

Part 8 offence (Disclosure of information)

A person who discloses information in contravention of section 28 commits an
offence and is liable—

   (a)  on summary conviction to a fine at level 6;

   (b)  on conviction on indictment to a fine of $200000 and to imprisonment
        for 2 years.
