CHEMICAL WEAPONS (CONVENTION) ORDINANCE - SECT 20
Placing of locks and seals on premises, etc.
A member of the Customs and Excise Service or an authorized officer may, for
the purposes of exercising the powers conferred on him by this Ordinance,
place a lock or seal on any premises or place, or on any vessel, aircraft,
vehicle or article.
