VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 65

Secretary may make regulations

(1) The Secretary may make regulations for the better carrying out of the
purposes of this Ordinance.

(2) In particular, a regulation under this section may provide for all or any
of the following-

   (a)  the functions of a Revising Officer; and

   (b)  appeals to a Revising Officer.

(3) A provision of a regulation under this section may make it an offence,
punishable by a fine not exceeding level 2, for a person to contravene a
provision of the regulation.

(4) A regulation under this section may-

   (a)  make different provisions for different circumstances and provide for
        a particular case or class of cases;

   (b)  be made so as to apply only in specified circumstances; and

   (c)  prescribe fees for the purposes of the regulation.
