VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 64

Elector for an Indigenous Village or a Composite Indigenous Village not to have status of indigenous inhabitant for the Village

For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that-

   (a)  the fact that a person is registered as an elector for an
        Indigenous Village or a Composite Indigenous Village does not, for all
        purposes, mean that the person is an indigenous inhabitant (whether
        within the meaning of this Ordinance or otherwise) of the Village; and

   (b)  the provisional, and final, register for the Village shall be
        construed accordingly in any proceedings.
