VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 61
Village Representative as a member of Rural Committee
(1) A Resident Representative for an Existing Village is, by virtue of being
such a Resident Representative, a member of the Rural Committee specified in
column 5 of Schedule 1 opposite the name of the Village specified in column 1
of that Schedule.
(2) An Indigenous Inhabitant Representative for an Indigenous Village is, by
virtue of being such an Indigenous Inhabitant Representative, a member of the
Rural Committee specified in column 4 of Schedule 2 opposite the name of the
Village specified in column 1 of that Schedule.
(3) An Indigenous Inhabitant Representative for a Composite
Indigenous Village is, by virtue of being such an Indigenous Inhabitant
Representative, a member of the Rural Committee specified in column 5 of
Schedule 3 opposite the name of the Village specified in column 1 of that
Schedule.
