Constitution of a Rural Committee to be construed in accordance with this Part

PART 8

RURAL COMMITTEE

(1) The constitution of a Rural Committee shall be construed in accordance
with this Part.

(2) This Part has effect notwithstanding any other enactment or rule of law.

(3) In this Part-

"constitution" (章程), in relation to a Rural Committee, includes the
articles of association, or the rules, of the Rural Committee;

"office holder" (幹事), in relation to a Rural Committee, includes the
Chairman and a Vice-Chairman of, and a member of the Executive Committee of,
the Rural Committee.
