VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 59
Period within which complaint or information shall be laid
Except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance, a complaint or information
alleging the commission of an offence against this Ordinance shall be laid
within 3 years after the date of the alleged commission.
