VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 49

Acts of person not invalid if determined not duly elected

The certification by the Court of a determination under section 45(3) that a
person who was originally declared to have been elected as a Village 
Representative for a Village at an election was not duly elected does not
invalidate acts purporting to have been done by the person as a Village 
Representative for the Village before the certificate is received by the
Director.
