VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 40
Who may lodge election petition
An election petition questioning an election may be lodged-
(a) by 5 or more electors entitled to vote at the election; or
(b) by a person claiming to have been a candidate at the election.
