VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 36
Returning Officer to publish result of election
(1) The Returning Officer for a Village shall publish in the Gazette a notice
declaring that the candidate returned for the Village at an election for the
Village is the Village Representative duly elected for the Village.
(2) The Returning Officer shall ensure that the publication and notice
required by this section comply with the EAC Regulations.
