VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 34

Election to be presumed valid

Every election is presumed to be valid unless-

   (a)  it is questioned by an election petition within the period permitted
        by section 43; and

   (b)  the Court, on the hearing of the petition, determines that the
        election is invalid.
