VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 3

Map of Existing Village

(1) The Director shall-

   (a)  keep at the Director's office each of the maps referred to in column 2
        of Schedule 1; and

   (b)  during the ordinary business hours of that office, make at least one
        copy of each of those maps available for inspection by members of the
        public free of charge.

(2) If a map is certified by the Director as a true copy of a map on which an
Existing Village is delineated, the map as so certified is conclusive evidence
of the delineation of the Village for any purpose related to an election.
