VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 26

Withdrawal of candidate's nomination

(1) A candidate may withdraw his nomination for election before the close of
nominations for the election.

(2) The withdrawal of a candidate's nomination is not effective unless it-

   (a)  is in writing;

   (b)  is signed by the candidate; and

   (c)  complies with the EAC Regulations.
