VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 13

Who is entitled to vote at an election

PART 3

WHO MAY VOTE AT AN ELECTION

(1) A person is entitled to vote at an election for a Village only if the
person is an elector for the Village.

(2) An elector for a Village is not prevented from voting at an election for
the Village only because the elector's name should not have been included in
the final register for the Village.

(3) Subsection (2) does not-

   (a)  preclude the Court from making a determination under section  45 ; or

   (b)  affect the person's liability to be charged with, and convicted of, an
        offence relating to voting at the election concerned.
