VILLAGE REPRESENTATIVE ELECTION ORDINANCE - SECT 12

Director to declare vacancy in office of village representative

If a vacancy occurs in the office of village representative for a Village, the
Director shall, by notice published in the Gazette, declare the existence of
the vacancy within 21 days after becoming aware of the vacancy.
