2.	Points on the civil service pay scales the monthly salary pertaining to which is, on 30 September 2002, $15520 or above but does not exceed $47590	1.64%
3.	Points on the civil service pay scales the monthly salary pertaining to which is, on 30 September 2002, above $47590	4.42%
