PUBLIC OFFICERS PAY ADJUSTMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 3

Application

This Ordinance does not apply to-

   (a)  the pay of a public officer who is remunerated on a salary, being a
        starting salary, that is not linked to the annual civil service pay
        adjustment;

   (b)  the pay or allowances of a judicial officer-

        (i)    holding a judicial office- (A) specified in Schedule 1 to the
               Judicial Officers Recommendation  Commission Ordinance (
               Cap 92); or (B) known as Senior Deputy Registrar, High Court;
               or

        (ii)   appointed by the Chief Justice.
