KARAOKE ESTABLISHMENTS ORDINANCE - SECT 12

Appeals

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the licensing authority made in respect
of him under section 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 may, within 28 days of receiving notice
of the decision, appeal to the Administrative Appeals Board.
