FIRE SAFETY (BUILDINGS) ORDINANCE - SECT 24 

Chief Executive in Council may make regulations

The Chief Executive in Council may make regulations-

   (a)  prescribing anything required or permitted to be prescribed by
        regulations under this Ordinance; and

   (b)  generally providing for the better carrying into effect of the
        provisions and purposes of this Ordinance.
