SECURITIES AND FUTURES ORDINANCE - SECT 7

Advisory Committee

(1) There shall be an Advisory Committee to advise the Commission on matters
of policy regarding any of its regulatory objectives and functions.

(2) The Advisory Committee is constituted in accordance with Part 1 of
Schedule 2 and shall conduct its business in accordance with that Part.

(3) The Advisory Committee shall meet at least once every 3 months to advise
the Commission.

(4) The Commission may request the Advisory Committee to advise it on matters
of policy regarding any of its regulatory objectives and functions.
