FIXED PENALTY (PUBLIC CLEANLINESS OFFENCES) ORDINANCE - SECT 16

Obstruction of officers in the exercise of their duty

A person who resists or wilfully obstructs a public officer exercising his
powers under this Ordinance commits an offence and is liable on conviction to
a fine at level 4 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
