EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 74
Penalty for contravention of regulations
Regulations under this Ordinance may provide that a contravention thereof
shall be an offence and may provide penalties therefor not exceeding a fine at
level 6. (Added 24 of 1988 s. 2. Amended 103 of 1995 s. 24)
