EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 49
Form of notices, records, etc.
(1) The Commissioner may specify the form of any consent, request, notice in
writing, certificate, application, record or return required for the purposes
of this Ordinance. (Amended 52 of 1988 s. 15)
(2) The Commissioner may publish in the Gazette any forms specified by him
under subsection (1).
