EMPLOYMENT ORDINANCE - SECT 32F

Relevant date

For the purposes of and subject to this Part, "relevant date" (有關日期)-

   (a)  in relation to the termination of employment of an employee, has the
        same meaning as in section 2(1); and

   (b)  in relation to the employer varying the terms of the contract 
        of employment of an employee, means the date on which that variation
        takes effect. (Part VIA added 75 of 1997 s. 4)

"relevant date" (有關日期)
