Polling arrangement for contested election (Amended 10 of 2006 s. 11)
Where there are 2 or more candidates in an election, a poll shall be conducted
in accordance with section 27 and the EAC Regulations under the supervision of
the Returning Officer. (Amended 10 of 2006 s. 11)
