ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS ORDINANCE - SECT 41

Summons, etc.

(1) The Appeal Board may, for the purposes of a hearing, by notice in writing
under the signature of the Chairman and served on a person, require-

   (a)  the attendance of the person before the Appeal Board; and

   (b)  the production to the Appeal Board of relevant documents specified in
        the notice which are in the possession or under the control of the
        person.

(2) Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a summons
or requirement issued or made under subsection (1) commits an offence and is
liable to a fine at level 2.
