ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS ORDINANCE - SECT 36
Acting Chairman
If the Chairman is, because of illness or any other reason, unable to perform
his duties for any period or for any particular appeal, the Secretary may
appoint another person who is qualified under section 35 to act as Chairman
during that period.
