ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS ORDINANCE - SECT 35

Chairman of appeal boards

(1) The Secretary shall appoint as Chairman of appeal boards a person who is
qualified for appointment as a District Judge under section  5 of the
District Court Ordinance ( Cap 336).

(2) Subject to subsection (4), the Chairman shall be appointed for a term of 3
years but may be reappointed.

(3) An appointment under subsection (1) shall be notified in the Gazette.

(4) The Chairman and any person appointed under section 36 may resign at any
time by notice in writing delivered to the Secretary.
