ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS ORDINANCE - SECT 30

Inspection of special effects materials, etc.

(1) The Authority and any public officer referred to in section  29 (1) may
require any person holding a licence or permit issued under this  Ordinance to
produce-

   (a)  any special effects materials to which the licence or permit, as the
        case may be, are related;

   (b)  any equipment relating to the production of entertainment 
        special effects;

   (c)  any document or record kept in respect of the licence or permit.

(2) Any person who fails to comply with any of the requirements under
subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2.
