PART II
ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS LICENSING AUTHORITY
For the purposes of this Ordinance, there is established an Entertainment
Special Effects Licensing Authority who shall be the Commissioner for
Television and Entertainment Licensing.
