BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS ORDINANCE - SECT 67
Power of Authority to prescribe forms
(1) The Authority may by order prescribe the form of a certificate of fitness
and a certificate of competency and of any other document that is required by
this Ordinance to be in the prescribed form. (Amended 87 of 1988 s. 36)
(2) A notification of any order made under subsection (1) shall be published
in the Gazette.
