BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS ORDINANCE - SECT 53

Offences in relation to use and operation of portable gas generators, etc.

(1) Save with the permission of the Authority granted under section  59 , no
portable gas generator shall be used or operated.

(2) In the event of a contravention of subsection (1), the owner of the
portable gas generator shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on
summary conviction to a fine of $20000.

(3) In the event of a contravention of a condition imposed on the grant by the
Authority under section 59 of his permission to use and operate a
portable gas generator, the owner of the portable gas generator shall be
guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of
