BOILERS AND PRESSURE VESSELS ORDINANCE - SECT 10

Power of Authority to exempt classes or types of boiler or pressure vessel from provisions of Ordinance

(1) The Authority may by order exempt from any of the provisions of this is
Ordinance boilers or pressure vessels of a class or type to which he is
satisfied that such provision cannot reasonably be applied.

(2) Any such exemption shall be subject to such conditions as may be specified
in the order.

(3) The Authority may by order cancel or amend any order made under subsection
(1).

(4) A notification of every order made under this section shall be published
in the Gazette. (Amended 87 of 1988 ss. 34 & 36)
