TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE - SECT 68

Right to inspect the register

(1) Subject to any rules, the public shall have a right to inspect
the register during the normal business hours of the Registry.

(2) In relation to any portion of the register kept otherwise than in
documentary form, the right of inspection conferred by subsection (1) is a
right to inspect the material on the register.
