MASS TRANSIT RAILWAY ORDINANCE - SECT 54B

Application of section 11 of Tramway Ordinance during Concession Period

During the Concession Period, section 11 of the Tramway Ordinance ( Cap  107)
applies to the North-west Railway and, for the purposes of such
application, references in that section to "the company" shall be
construed as references to the Corporation and references to "the tramway" as
references to the North-west Railway. (Added 11 of 2007 s. 22)
