ELECTIONS (CORRUPT AND ILLEGAL CONDUCT) ORDINANCE - SECT 15

Corrupt conduct to impersonate another at election

(1) A person engages in corrupt conduct at an election if the person,
otherwise than as expressly permitted by an electoral law-

   (a)  applies for a ballot paper in the name of another person; or

   (b)  having voted at an election, applies at the same election for a ballot
        paper in the person's own name.

(2) In subsection (1), the reference to another person includes a reference to
a person who has died or is a fictitious person as well as to an actual living
person.
