ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 9
Admissibility of electronic records
Without prejudice to any rules of evidence, an electronic record shall not be
denied admissibility in evidence in any legal proceeding on the sole ground
that it is an electronic record.
