Constitution of the Board

PART II

HOUSING MANAGERS REGISTRATION BOARD

(1) There is established a board to be known as the Housing Managers
Registration Board which shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession
and a common seal.

(2) The Board shall consist of not more than 16 members-

   (a)  not less than 12 of whom shall be appointed by the General  Council;
        and

   (b)  not more than 2 members as the Chief Executive may appoint.

(3) Notice of every appointment made under this section shall be published in
the Gazette.

(4) No person may be appointed under subsection (2)(a) as a member of the
Board unless he is a member of the Institute.
