HOUSING MANAGERS REGISTRATION ORDINANCE - SECT 13

Application for registration

(1) A person shall apply for registration as a registered 
professional housing manager in such form and manner as the Board may specify.

(2) An applicant shall pay to the Board at the time of lodging his application
the fee for an application for registration.

(3) The Board may, in its discretion, require an applicant to undertake such
examination under section 12(1)(a)(iii) of his knowledge of housing management
and professional matters.
