Appointment and duties of Registrar

PART III

REGISTER AND CERTIFICATES

(1) The Board shall appoint a person to be Registrar upon such terms and
conditions as it thinks fit.

(2) The Registrar shall-

   (a)  be responsible for the custody of the register; and

   (b)  serve as secretary to the Board, and, subject to any rules made by the
        Board, the registration committee and any inquiry committee and
        review committee.
