LABOUR RELATIONS ORDINANCE - SECT 5

Special conciliation

(1) On receipt of a report under section 4, the Commissioner may authorize a
special conciliation officer to initiate or undertake special  conciliation.

(2) The Commissioner, instead of authorizing a conciliation officer under
section 3(c), may, if he is of the opinion that the circumstances of the
trade dispute so warrant, authorize a special conciliation officer to initiate
or undertake special conciliation.
